Produced in the Monte da Comenda Grande winery, this wine exclusively contains the Tinta Caiada variety. Resulting from a vinification process with a controlled temperature and extended maceration and subsequently left to mature in new French oak barrels.
With an intense garnet colour, a fine and mature fruit aroma with hints of vanilla, the wine conveys a slightly acidic flavour with the tannin to the fore before a prolonged and persistent ending.
This wine is not subject to stabilisation, with the passage of time, the wine may come to display traces of deposit.
