This Monte da Comenda Grande winery product comes exclusively from the Verdelho variety. The controlled temperature (15ºC – 17ºC) vinification process precedes a 'sur lie' period.
Citrus in colour, the wine has an expressive fruity, fresh and elegant aroma and generates a well balanced flavour in the mouth with a final coolness conferring a persistent aftertaste.
This drink particularly well accompanies shellfish, fish and traditional Alentejan entrées.
