The controlled temperature (15º – 17º C) vinification process provides a citrus colour, a fine and persistent aroma and demonstrating the influence of the varieties. The flavour conveys a certain body and the acidity appropriate to the Arinto variety, which in turn confers a clear freshness and resulting in an extended aftertaste.
This wine goes particularly well when accompanying Alentejan entrées and fish dishes.
